Set on 25 sprawling acres near the charming village of Federal, Amileka feels like your own spacious, private retreat while still only a mere 30-minute drive from the bustling town of Byron Bay. The contemporary design includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of space to relax, dine, and entertain in style.

At Amileka, the indoor and outdoor living areas flow seamlessly, providing breathtaking views over the Hinterland valleys. The ample outdoor entertaining space includes a spacious fire pit and expansive, 18-metre in-ground swimming pool. An additional, separate media room is a great place to retreat for a quiet movie night with home theatre surround sound, a smart TV and extensive DVD library.

Main residence comprises 5 bedrooms and is located in a separate wing away from the living areas. The master features a king sized bed, private patio and spacious ensuite with a sunken bathtub and valley views.

Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 comprise queen beds and look over the internal courtyard and bedroom 5 comprises 2 single beds, ideally suited to children. Two additional shared bathrooms offer plenty of storage and space to get ready.

The property comes fully equipped for the perfect family holiday, romantic weekend or corporate retreat, with all linen and towels provided.

We can arrange on-site catering, in house pampering services including massage, facials, manicures and pedicures, flowers, just ask!

There is an extensive vegetable garden plus orchard – guests are welcome to any produce on the farm, plus we have a chicken coop providing fresh eggs.

Federal is just a short drive away with a small general store and the much-beloved Federal Doma Cafe, widely considered the region’s best Japanese food.

The white sand beaches and entertainment of Byron Bay lie a mere 20 kilometres east. 30 minutes driving brings you to the centre of Byron Bay, renowned for its boutique shopping, arts, and food scene. Be sure to enjoy the beautiful beaches and world-famous surf breaks.

Nature lovers will appreciate Amileka’s close proximity to the incredible Minyon Falls. Part of Nightcap National Park, the Falls is a short and scenic, 30-minute drive from the property.
